Very Smelly bathroom and unhygienic not cleaned since more than a week.. No towel and glasses .. utterly disappointed with staff and service.. They will keep asking “are you checking out”. Please don’t for this hotel.

The pics shown were different to where i was given a room hence i felt i was over charged & cheated by MMT

Room & Bathroom were not cleaned by hotel . Even the bedsheets and pillow covers were not cleaned but were soiled. Told them to change both which they did . Our room was booked with free breakfast but breakfast was not provided by the hotel Mr Amit was missing from reception during our stay at hotel . Will never recommend this hotel for stay

I couldn’t check in yesterday because of huge Jam while entering Prayagraj. Upon reaching today morning we asked them to lets us checkin the room for atleast 2 hours which they denied.

Cleanliness was poor. Staff was not responsible. Asked for towel, dustbin change multiple times but they were not at all concerned. Overall not happy with the service
